NATALIE : Co-Founder

Coach Natalie is a highly qualified fitness professional dedicated to helping individuals unlock their full potential and live healthier, more fulfilling lives.  Armed with a Master's degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Florida Atlantic University, Natalie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her fitness training business. Coach Natalie's own impactful experience with fitness has been a driving force in her mission to empower others. Whether she's leading group fitness classes or providing one-on-one training, her passion is in building a sense of community and fostering an environment where her clients can thrive.


SARAH: Co-Founder

With over 15 years of experience in strength and conditioning—including more than a decade in Manhattan’s top boutique studios—Sarah knows what it takes to build lasting, functional strength. Specializing in kettlebell & barbell work, she helps clients of all backgrounds (from local to international!) move better, feel stronger, & train smarter.


Sarah’s approach is all about building a solid foundation first—focusing on quality movement before adding load. Her goal is to help people unlock strength, power, & grace in and out of the gym through sustainable, healthy habits. Now, she brings her deep expertise and high standards to The LAB.

Give her a kettlebell & she’s in her element.

LISA

With over a decade of experience in Strength & Conditioning, Lisa is a CrossFit Level 2 Coach and NASM-certified Personal Trainer who specializes in Senior Fitness. Since falling in love with CrossFit in 2011, she’s transformed her own life and now helps others do the same—focusing on functional strength, Olympic lifting, and nutrition to deliver lasting results and build confidence. Lisa works extensively with clients 65 and older, using age-appropriate training to support mobility, balance, and cognitive health. Originally from New York, she’s a proud mom of two college-aged daughters and enjoys spending time with her family.


DYLAN

Former athlete, exercise addict, and passionate fitness coach!

He is all about empowering people to become the best athlete for themselves. Dylan’s  mission is to guide others toward becoming as strong, functional, and resilient as possible, empowering them to live their most athletic, energetic lives.


TANIA

Tania’s been coaching for 6 years, helping folks ditch diet culture & build strong, sustainable bodies they actually enjoy living in. She’s NASM-certified, a Precision Nutrition Coach, — with a deep belief that movement is medicine.


Her philosophy? Magic happens where cardio, strength, & flexibility intersect. She’s here to help you train for life, not just a look.


How Tania Likes to Train:
Give her a barbell & some creative single-leg movements, and she’s in her zone. As a self-proclaimed klutz turned ninja-in-progress, she thrives in that sweet spot where structure meets sweat & play.


Special Skills:
Tania puts people at ease before they even realize they’re working hard. Clients show up expecting a mellow day—and boom—they’re mid-set, sweating and laughing. Whether it’s cracking a joke, cueing with compassion, or reading the room like a seasoned DJ, she creates a space where people feel strong, seen, and safe.

MARISSA

Originally from Indiana and now thriving in sunny South Florida, Marissa is a passionate personal trainer with a degree in nutrition and dietetics. She combines her love of movement and science-backed wellness to help clients create lasting balance in their lives.

Whether you’re lifting heavy or flowing on the mat, Marissa brings energy, knowledge, and a holistic approach to every session.


Favorite Way to Train:
If there’s a barbell involved, count her in. Back squats, deadlifts, & hip thrusts are her jam!

MIKE

Originally from Chicago, Mike moved to Florida five years ago to attend Florida Atlantic University. As a passionate fitness instructor, he specializes in small group classes that motivate and inspire participants of all levels. Mike focuses on building strength and endurance while fostering a supportive, community-driven environment to help clients achieve their fitness goals. 

NIKKI

Nikki is all about helping people unlock their full physical potential—whether you’re chasing athletic greatness or simply want to feel stronger, more confident, and ready for whatever life throws your way. With a background in evidence-based programming and a no-nonsense, results-driven mindset, she builds smart, personalized training plans that prioritize strength, mobility, and injury prevention—without sacrificing the fun.


Favorite Way to Train:
Nikki keeps her training fresh and intuitive—some days it's restorative and grounding, other days it's all-out intensity. Long walks are non-negotiable, and ever since joining The LAB team, she's been obsessed with kettlebells.

High energy? Check. Supportive vibes? Always. Nikki brings the hype, makes sure every client feels seen and valued, and knows how to turn a tough workout into a connected, feel-good experience.

BECCA

Becca loves bringing a fun and inclusive atmosphere to all of her classes! With over a decade of experience, she has found her niche teaching mobility/strength and flexibility flows; holds multiple certifications in bodyART, Barre, Pilates and more. Becca pays close attention to detail with thorough cueing that is easy to follow and grants the feeling of accomplishment every time! Every class will leave you feeling stronger, more balanced, and more connected to your body, mind, and breath (while making you smile and laugh through it all!)

Maverick - LAB Abassador

With his signature fluff and cool confidence, Maverick  is more than just a pretty face—he’s The LAB’s official greeter, morale booster, and occasional workout partner. Known for his calm demeanor and loyalty, Maverick brings positive energy and plenty of tail wags to every training session. Whether he's supervising squats or sneaking in for a quick cuddle, Maverick is always on duty, making The LAB feel like home.


Favorite workout: Watching box jumps from a safe distance.
